Free of Charge Lenten Retreat
Presenter
Seán Goan is a retired teacher and biblical scholar who studied Scripture in Rome, Jerusalem and in the University of Chicago. He has taught in the Milltown Institute, The Marino Institute of Education, The Priory Institute and the Dominican Lumen Centre in Sion Hill. He is also a founder member of the Tarsus Scripture School which was established in 2020 and which offers online courses on Scripture. He has worked widely in Adult Faith Development Programmes in parishes and dioceses around Ireland.
He published Let the Reader Understand: Commentaries on the Sunday Readings (Columba Press, 2008) and The Sign: A Book on the Gospel of John (Dominican Publications, 2018).
Seán is married and lives in Dublin.

Timing
The retreat is available online during Lent, beginning on Sunday 26 February and ending on Palm Sunday 2 April.
Registration
You may register at anytime throughout Lent. Please click the button on the bottom of this page to complete the registration form. You will receive log in credentials within two working days of submission of your registration form.
Retreat Delivery
This retreat is offered entirely online with fifteen-minute video reflections focusing on the Sunday Gospels of Lent. The first reflection will be available on Sunday 26 February and subsequently each Sunday of Lent until Palm Sunday. All reflections will remain available for you to watch at your convenience until 14 April.
Cost
There is no charge for this retreat, but you must register with your email address and have access to the internet to participate. Donations are welcome.
